abra Finance is seeking an Assistant Controller.

We are looking for a motivated CPA with a strong accounting background to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for professionals looking to make their first move from a Big 4 accounting firm into a publicly traded technology company, while gaining broad exposure to financial reporting, controllership, and process improvement.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ra'anana, Israel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

• Manage tax reporting and ensure compliance with local authorities.

• Work closely with external auditors and advisors throughout the audit process.

• Monitor internal controls and support the implementation of financial control processes.

• Support budget preparation, variance analysis, and ad-hoc financial analyses.

• Assist in improving financial workflows and accounting processes.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial control.

• Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
