    Overview (English)

    At SodaStream, part of PepsiCo, we are looking for a HRBP.

    The HR Business Partner will provide strategic and hands-on HR support to SodaStream’s global headquarters functions.

    In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to shape and implement HR strategies that align with business priorities, drive organizational effectiveness, and enable high-performing teams across global HQ functions.

    Location: Kfar Saba

    One-year temporary position

    Responsibilities (English)

    • Strategic HR Partnership: Partner closely with functional leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor in driving organizational effectiveness and supporting business transformation.

    • Talent Management & Leadership Development: Lead and support core talent processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership capability building. Identify key talent gaps and partner with leaders to build strong and sustainable talent pipelines.

    • Organizational Effectiveness & Culture: Diagnose organizational challenges using data and insights, and implement targeted solutions to improve team effectiveness, collaboration, and overall organizational health. Support leaders in fostering a strong, high-performance culture aligned with company values.

    • Employee Experience, Engagement & D&I: Drive employee engagement initiatives across HQ functions, enhancing the overall employee experience in a hybrid/global environment. Promote and support diversity, equity & inclusion efforts to build an inclusive and high-performing workplace.

    • Employee Relations & Compliance: Advise managers on a broad range of employee relations matters, providing practical, risk-aware guidance. Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies and full compliance with local labor laws and company standards.

    • Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition Partnership: Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to define hiring strategies, support workforce planning, and ensure timely attraction and selection of high-quality talent aligned with business needs.

    Qualifications (English)

    • 5+ years of HR experience, including HRBP or generalist roles

    • Experience supporting HQ / corporate or global functions

    • Strong experience working with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

    • English is a must

    • Effective Communicator: Confident and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing, to present HR-related information and support leadership.

    • Trusted Leader: Proven ability to build credibility with leaders and business partners. Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poise. Has strong understanding of both strategic and tactical business operations.

    • Proactive Support: Ability to manage daily HR operations and provide support to employees and managers. Ability to work effectively with managers and employees to support HR programs and resolve issues. Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams to drive results. Demonstrate flexibility in work approach, supporting teams and business needs while maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment

    • Execution-Oriented: Ability to implement HR initiatives effectively, translating strategic goals into action plans and ensuring their successful execution at the site or regional level.
