Field Services Engineer

Keysight Technologies Israel is looking for a motivated and energetic person to provide technical services within our Service and Support Organization.

Job Description:

• Responsible for service center activities and on-site such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.

• Works on service assignments with clearly defined objectives.

• Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. Performs maintenance and repair services.

• Works on on-site customer service and support assignments with broadly defined objectives.

Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong electronic education background, understanding of the basics of metrology and troubleshooting skills to perform repair and diagnosis.

• Education requirement is electronics engineer / practical engineer.

• Related experience in test and measurements equipment – Advantage

• Flexibility to travel to customer location is essential (estimated 50-60% requirement).

• Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.

• Strong computer skills as well as ability to communicate in English language are required.
