צוות ה ALM בגוף ה IT של אלביט מערכות אחראי על כלי ניהול הדרישות, הבדיקות והמשימות בארגון ומספק תמיכה מקצועית לכלל המשתמשים בכל אתרי החברה. הצוות עובד בסביבות Jira, Confluence, DOORS, HP ALM ומוביל כעת את הטמעת Polarion ככלי ניהול דרישות ארגוני. בוא.י להיות האוטוריטה המקצועית-טכנית של הצוות, להוביל את ההטמעה של הכלים מול המשתמשים בארגון ביטחוני מוביל ולהיות חלק מהטרנספורמציה לעידן ה AI

השתתפות בכלל משימות הצוות עם דגש על מומחיות טכנית בכלי ALM
הטמעה וליווי משתמשים, הגדרת שיטות עבודה ומתודולוגיה
תמיכה, תחזוקה, חקירה ופיתוח מעל הכלים
יישום פתרונות מבוססי AI לשיפור תהליכים וייעול השימוש בכלים
דרישות
הכרות מעמיקה עם Polarion ועם מתודולוגיית ניהול דרישות
הבנה טכנולוגית והכרות עם כלי Atlassian
יכולת למידה לעומק של כלים חדשים, ברמת משתמש וברמת אדמיניסטרציה
עבודה עם יכולות AI - פיתוח בעזרת AI ועבודה עם סוכני AI יתרון
הכרות עם כלי ALM נוספים כגון DOORS, HP ALM - יתרון
כתיבת סקריפטים למיכון תהליכים - יתרון
