• חישוב עלות מלאה למוצרים וחומרי גלם, כולל ניתוח מחירי ספקים ועלויות נלוות.
• בנייה, ניהול ובקרה של תקציב הרכש השנתי, תוך ביצוע ניתוחי תקציב מול ביצוע ומעקב אחר סטיות.
