Our client develops a modern SaaS platform that enables real estate investment firms and asset managers to efficiently manage the entire investment lifecycle. The platform streamlines complex financial operations, including investment management, investor onboarding, capital transactions, reporting, and stakeholder communication, helping customers improve operational efficiency and transparency.
As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the company's core platform. This is a senior, high-impact position suited for an experienced engineer with strong hands-on development skills, architectural expertise, product mindset, and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Develop end-to-end product features as part of a cross-functional engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in architecture and system design discussions.
• Design and build scalable features supporting complex business workflows.
• Promote engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Influence key technical and architectural decisions across the platform.
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges in a fast-paced product environment.
Requirements
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js, or significant ownership of a large-scale production Next.js application.
• Strong full-stack web development experience.
• Strong front-end development experience using React.
• Back-end development experience with Node.js.
• Solid architecture and system design experience.
• Experience working closely with Product and business teams.
• Ability to transform partially defined requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools.
• Previous startup experience is an advantage.
Company location: Ramat Gan, Israel. 2-3 days from home
This position reports to: VP R&D.
