We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager (Temporary position for Maternity Leave)  to be responsible for optimizing, scaling, and tracking the performance of our marketing engine. This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring that our marketing systems, data, and processes operate at peak efficiency.

You’ll oversee the marketing automation infrastructure (especially Marketo, Salesforce) and ensure its fully leveraged to drive demand, optimize performance, and align with GTM goals. Your work will directly shape how campaigns are executed, how attribution is measured, and how insights fuel revenue growth. You will have deep GTM processes understanding and constantly look for optimizing operational processes and proactive data insights using AI agents

Responsibilities

Process Optimization & AI

• Standardize and streamline operational processes for marketing, SDR and sales

• Continuously refine workflows to maximize productivity and minimize friction.

• Lead dashboarding project management initiatives, ensuring on-time and successful delivery of cross-functional marketing programs.

• Act as a change agent for AI operational excellence and cross-functional alignment.

Systems & Automation

• Own and manage the marketing tech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, Zoominfo, Make.com, Clearbit, Lusha, Dreamdata, Chili piper, Demandbase etc)

• Design, implement, and optimize Marketo workflows to automate and scale lead management, nurturing, and campaign execution.

• Serve as a Salesforce professional, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and integration across GTM systems.

• Enhance marketing automation, lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and data synchronization.

• Support and optimize email marketing programs, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with demand-gen and ABM strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for campaign performance, funnel health, and marketing-sourced pipeline.

• Manage attribution modeling efforts to identify high-impact initiatives.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and usability across all marketing systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations

• Deep expertise in Marketo/Hubspot workflows and professional-level Salesforce administration/usage.

• Strong background in email marketing and campaign execution at scale.

• Hands-on experience with project/campaign management tools like Monday.com.

• Solid understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution

• Strong analytical skills with fluency in performance marketing metrics.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple functions and priorities simultaneously.

• Proactive approach, Passion for process improvement, automation, and scaling marketing systems.

Nice To Have

• 2+ years of experience in building AI Agents with tools such as Make.com/Relevance AI

• Experience in Marketo to Hubspot migration
