התפקיד כולל:
• הובלת מדיניות האיכות של החברה כולל מחלקות פיתוח, הנדסת ייצור, העברה מפיתוח לייצור, תפעול, ושיווק.
• מדידה ושיפור מתמיד של מדדי האיכות השונים ויעול תהליכי הבקרה.
• ניהול והובלת חקר תקלות, מציאת סיבות השורש, הגדרת פעילויות מתקנות ומעקב אחר ישומן בפועל.
• ניהול איכות ספקים וקבלני משנה בארץ ובחו"ל ובכלל זה, ביקורת בתהליך, ניהול ארועי איכות, מבדקים תקופתיים, תהליכי שיפור איכות מתמיד וכו’.
• הכנה והובלה של מבדקי איכות חיצוניים של לקוחות ו/ או גופים רגולטורים.
• בקרה ואחריות על נהלי העבודה ותאימותם למדיניות האיכות של החברה, עדכונם ויישומם בפועל.
• ניהול צוות האיכות האחראי על תהליכי האיכות בייצור, בפיתוח ובהעברה מפיתוח לייצור
• תקנים מובילים בארגון AS9100, MIL ST 883 , IPC 600\ 610 \ 6023
• • כפיפות לסמנכ"ל התפעול
ניסיון נדרש:
• תואר ראשון B.Sc בהנדסת חומרים/ כימיה/ מכונות/ חשמל ואלקטרוניקה
• לפחות 10 שנות ניסיון בתפקיד מנהל/ת הבטחת איכות בחברה יצרנית גדולה/ בינונית.
• ניסיון בהובלת מדיניות איכות בתאימות לתקנים בינלאומיים כגון אוטומוטיב, תעופתי וכדומה.
• ניסיון בחברה בטחונית בעלת הסמכה לתקן AS9100- חובה
• ניסיון כטכנולוג/ית או מהנדס/ת תהליך במפעל יצרני בתחום המיקרו אלקטרוניקה- יתרון
• היכרות עם תהליכי ייצור כגון: הלחמות, הרכבות מכאניות, ריתוך, השמות, מעגלים, PCBA, הדבקות, ציפויים, עיבוד שבבי וכדומה- יתרון
• היכרות וניסיון עם תהליכי סינון ובדיקות סביבה בייצור כולל ESS ו- HASS.
• יכולות בין אישיות גבוהות של רתימת עובדים ומנהלים לשיפור מתמיד וניהול קונפליקטים בין עובדים, מנהלים, ועמיתים בארגון.
• אחריות, דייקנות,יכולת טיפול בריבוי משימות, סמכותיות, מעשיות, נחישות, התמדה, ראיה מערכתית,יחסי אנוש מצוינים.
