About the team

What you’ll be doing:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted partner to our clients, acting as their voice within Intent IQ. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to solve challenges and continuously enhance our solutions.
Your role will include:
• Client Onboarding & Enablement: Lead seamless onboarding processes to set clients up for success.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client partnerships by understanding their goals, challenges, and business needs.
• Data Insights & Strategy: Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize client strategies.
• Training & Support: Deliver tailored training sessions and provide resources to help clients maximize their use of our solutions.
• Growth & Retention: Proactively monitor account health, identify upselling opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Lead Strategic Business Reviews (QBRs) and pioneer new initiatives to maximize account value and client retention.
Who you are:
• 5 years of experience as CS/AM/ Operations in the Programmatic AdTech industry- MUST
• Experienced in managing global tier 1 publishers - advantage
• Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and programmatic advertising
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution oriented approach.
• Strong spoken and written English and Hebrew
• Willingness to work with U.S.-based clients, including partial overlap with U.S. business hours
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, Jira, and an ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
