Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is seeking a Strategic Philanthropy & Development Projects Coordinator to join the Resource Development and Planning Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to support strategic philanthropic initiatives, donor engagement activities, and fundraising projects that advance the university’s academic and research mission. Working closely with internal stakeholders and international partners, you will play a key role in project coordination, donor relations, reporting, and strategic development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, promote, and coordinate strategic philanthropy and fundraising projects.

• Support the implementation, monitoring, and execution of annual strategic work plans.

• Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support to the Resource Development and Donor Relations teams.

• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Assist in developing and implementing processes that expand philanthropic activity across the university.

• Monitor donor-funded projects, collect relevant information, and support the submission of new initiatives.

• Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and professional documents.

• Maintain donor information and fundraising databases.

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships, or related fields.

• Experience preparing presentations, reports, and professional materials.

• Native-level English and excellent Hebrew communication skills.

• Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
