    Keshet is looking for an experienced Head of Bookkeeping to lead the company’s bookkeeping function and oversee day-to-day accounting operations across the organization.

    This is a senior, hands-on role that combines professional accounting expertise, team management, process ownership, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external advisors, banks, suppliers, and tax authorities.

    What you’ll be doing?

    • Leading the company’s bookkeeping operations end to end, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial records.

    • Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes in collaboration with the company’s CPA and management team.

    • Overseeing accounting workflows, financial records, reconciliations, controls, and supporting documentation.

    • Managing, mentoring, and professionally guiding the bookkeeping team, while providing solutions to complex accounting and bookkeeping issues.

    • Managing cash flow processes and supporting ongoing financial planning and control.

    • Working closely with external stakeholders, including tax authorities, VAT authorities, suppliers, banks, and other financial institutions.

    • Handling VAT-related processes, consolidated VAT reporting, Form 856 reporting, and other statutory reporting requirements.

    • Preparing working papers, accruals, provisions, and supporting materials for quarterly and annual financial statements.

    • Supporting internal departments on finance-related matters and helping improve cross-functional financial workflows.

    • Driving improvements in financial processes, systems, controls, and operational efficiency.

    • Supporting the implementation of new systems and processes according to business needs.

    What we’re looking for?

    • Certified Bookkeeper, Type 3 — must

    • At least 5 years of experience in a senior bookkeeping role within a large organization — must

    • Proven experience managing a bookkeeping or accounting team — must

    • Strong hands-on experience with Priority ERP, including relevant modules such as fixed assets and prepaid expenses — must

    • Experience working with additional Israeli financial platforms and databases, such as Kol Netun, Hashavim, or similar systems

    • Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems

    • Strong understanding of bookkeeping processes, statutory reporting, reconciliations, controls, and financial documentation

    • Independent, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

    • High sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
