Original listing · kept for referenceWe are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations of a power plant within a leading energy company.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility while managing a multidisciplinary maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead all maintenance activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control disciplines.
• Manage and develop the maintenance team while maintaining high performance standards.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Lead annual plant shutdowns, turbine overhauls, and major maintenance projects.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and field activities.
• Support system upgrades and capital projects.
• Maintain the highest safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance procurement.
• Prepare maintenance reports and performance KPIs.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
✔ B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a valid Electrical Engineer License – Mandatory
✔ Minimum 6 years of maintenance experience in a power plant or process industry
✔ Previous people management experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control systems
✔ Ability to read P&ID and technical drawings
✔ Fluent English (spoken & written)
✔ Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
✔ Business-oriented mindset and negotiation skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required)
✔ Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
Additional Information
• Full-time position
• Day shift (08:00–17:00)
• The power plant operates 24/7, therefore the Maintenance Manager is expected to be available for emergency call-outs, including weekends and holidays when required.
• The role combines office work with field presence.
