Original listing · kept for referenceRole Description The Manual QA and Automation professional is responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications. Day-to-day tasks include performing manual functional, regression, and integration testing, developing and maintaining automated test suites, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high product quality. The role also involves identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, improving test coverage, contributing to QA processes and standards, and participating in release readiness activities. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Tel Aviv District, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, including planning, executing, and documenting tests across multiple platforms.
• Experience in Quality Management practices, including establishing QA processes, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to perform Quality Auditing activities, such as reviewing processes, documentation, and test artifacts to ensure adherence to standards.
• Strong background in manual testing and test case design, with hands-on experience in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Practical experience with test automation scripting languages
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and a focus on root-cause analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
