Inviting applications for the role of DevOps Infrastructure Team Leader – Cloud Platform

In this role, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor DevOps / Infrastructure engineers

• Manage and maintain production and non-production cloud environments

• Own and support Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure architectures

• Build and improve CI/CD, automation, and deployment processes

• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions

• Drive observability and monitoring initiatives using modern monitoring and logging platforms

• Collaborate with R&D, AI, Security, Networking, and Product teams

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and production issues

• Perform root cause analysis and drive incident resolution processes

• Improve platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational standards

• Support customer onboarding and multi-environment deployments

• Lead infrastructure governance and operational best practices

• Drive platform standardization, automation, and operational excellence

• Evaluate and integrate AI-based tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and developer productivity

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE roles

• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams

• Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP / On-Prem)

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities across infrastructure, networking, and application environments

• Experience designing and building cloud infrastructure architectures

• Experience with Terraform, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code methodologies

• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms

• Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging solutions

• Experience networking and security understanding

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments

• Experience working with AI-powered engineering, automation, or operational tools

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure platforms

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and operational tools

• Experience in enterprise or multi-customer environments

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows administration

• Experience with GitOps methodologies

• Experience with platform engineering and developer enablement

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Self-learning

• Good customer facing skills.

• High level of English (Spoken & Written)

• High Service awareness

• Must be able to work as part of a small team with minimal day-to-day supervision.

• Independent individual with a high sense of ownership
