במסגרת התפקיד:
• הובלת צוות תשתיות, כולל ניהול, חניכה ופיתוח מקצועי
• תכנון, הקמה ותחזוקה של תשתיות IT מורכבות (On Prem + Cloud)
• עבודה Hands On עם מערכות ליבה: שרתים, תקשורת, אבטחת מידע וגיבויים
• הובלת פרויקטים תשתיתיים ושיפור תהליכים בארגון
• ניהול וטיפול בתקלות מורכבות (Tier 3) והובלת תהליכי Escalation
• עבודה מול ממשקים פנים ארגוניים וספקים חיצוניים
דרישות
• ניסיון של 7+ שנים בתשתיות IT
• ניסיון קודם בניהול צוות — חובה
• ניסיון Hands On משמעותי בסביבות:
o Windows / Linux Servers
o וירטואליזציה (VMware)
o תקשורת (Networking – LAN/WAN, Firewalls)
o מערכות אחסון וגיבוי
o תשתיות ענן (Azure / AWS)
• ניסיון בעבודה עם:
o Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
o פתרונות אבטחת מידע
