We are looking for a skilled System Support and Implementation Specialist to support, operate, implement, and maintain a project management and quality management system, while working closely with internal and external users, project teams, vendors, and IT stakeholders.
This role requires hands-on experience with system implementation, user support, project setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support, as well as strong service orientation and the ability to work with multiple interfaces.
A full-time position based in Central Israel. The role is mainly office-based, with occasional travel to company sites across Israel, approximately once or twice a week. A company vehicle is required for travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and operate the system across its modules, including user and project management.
• Open and manage users and projects, including interfaces with SAP.
• Support ongoing developments and improvements with the system vendor and external service providers.
• Set up, manage, and maintain projects in the system, including templates, checklists, and control structures according to organizational and project needs.
• Analyze business and operational needs of internal and external users and promote their implementation in the system.
• Provide service and support to internal and external users, including project managers, supervisors, contractors, and additional stakeholders, both remotely and on-site.
• Monitor bugs, service requests, tasks, and developments, including documentation, prioritization, follow-up, and closure.
• Track quality metrics and implement continuous improvement actions for system and process performance.
