Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in the Modiin office, Israel. The Bookkeeper will handle daily bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate ledgers. The role includes assisting with the preparation of financial statements, supporting audit and tax processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Bookkeeper will use accounting software to manage client accounts, generate reports, and provide up-to-date financial information to consultants and managers. Collaboration with internal teams and clear communication with clients are essential to provide timely, reliable financial data.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and Hebrew, with an emphasis on the ability to provide full service in English.

• Candidates must have accounting skills with one to two years of experience, with a preference for working in accounting and tax consulting firms.

• Candidates must be proficient in accounting software and able to adapt to new digital tools.

• Candidates must have experience preparing and posting journal entries (accounting) and performing account reconciliations.

• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work on site in offices in the Modi'in Center, manage multiple client tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
