We are seeking a talented and motivated associate to join our Intellectual Property Practice and play a key role in advising some of the most landmark transactions and innovative companies in the Israeli market.

You will become an integral part of a dynamic and rapidly growing Intellectual Property practice that has already established itself as a leading player in the market. This role offers direct client exposure and visibility, meaningful responsibility from day one, and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the Practice.

What you will do:

Providing specialist legal advice on IP and AI matters in the context of mergers & acquisitions, venture capital investments and financing rounds, and other cross-border corporate transactions.

Structuring and negotiating a wide variety of licensing arrangements, collaboration agreements, SaaS and software-related transactions, technology transfers, and other strategic IP-focused deals.

Advising clients on the development, protection, commercialization, and strategic exploitation of IP assets.

Conducting legal due diligence reviews, including assessments of open-source software compliance, IP ownership, and technology-related risks.

Counseling clients on trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other IP rights across diverse sectors.

Advising on legal, regulatory, and commercial issues arising from AI, data-driven technologies, and other emerging innovations.

What we are looking for:

Israeli-qualified attorney with 1–4 years (post-qualification) of relevant experience in IP, technology transactions, and commercial law.
