As a Senior Carbon Offset Project Developer, you will own the end-to-end development of carbon offset projects, ensuring technical rigor, compliance with carbon standards, and successful execution.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develop and deliver carbon offset projects from concept through credit issuance by coordinating multidisciplinary workstreams, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution, including:
o Mastering the different agriculture methodologies, climate frameworks and protocols to issue carbon offset certifications in agriculture, especially the VCS standard and VM0042 by the Verra registry
o Authoring and submitting high-quality technical and regulatory documentation, including proposals, reports, and registry submissions
o Lead engagement with different stakeholders: farmers, auditors, and Rivulis teams across diverse geographies and disciplines
o Maintain robust documentation of project data and supporting evidence
o Coordinate validation and verification audits, including on-site visits
o Contribute to business development by producing compelling proposals, presentations, and technical content to support strategic partnerships and project opportunities
· A full-time job based in Gvat (Emek Yizreel), with an initial work location at Rivulis Global HQ in Kfar Saba. Hybrid work is available

Must Have
· Scientific background – BSc/MSc in agronomy, soil science, or biology

· Ability to structure, organize and analyze large amounts of datasets
· Exceptional project execution and organizational skills, effectively managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
