Salesforce Developer

🚀 We're hiring a Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic R&D team!

Join a team driving high-visibility Salesforce initiatives, building custom applications on the Force.com platform while integrating modern AI development tools into the workflow.

The Role:

Work closely with business partners to realize the full capability of the CRM. You'll own the design, development, testing, and change management of customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations on Salesforce.

What you'll bring:

✅ 3+ years of experience with the Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs

✅ Proven experience using AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Base44, Agentforce, or similar)

✅ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

✅ Familiarity with Service-Oriented Design principles (SOA) and Web Services

✅ Minimum 3 years of application design and development experience

✅ Excellent oral and written communication skills - a MUST

Nice to have:

Experience with data migration and ETL/integration tools, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Ember), OOP languages (Java/C#), database and data-modeling knowledge (SQL/NoSQL), Google Analytics, and Usability Testing.
