About the Role:

We are looking for a maternity leave replacement to join Ceva’s HR team in a diverse, dynamic, and meaningful role.

The position is responsible for employee experience, wellbeing, internal communications, employer branding, and support for cross-organizational projects, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute employee wellbeing and employee experience activities throughout the year, including company events, holidays, gifts, team-building activities, community and volunteering initiatives, and internal engagement programs.

Write, edit, and distribute internal communications for employees, including emails, newsletters, invitations, posts, content for digital screens, and internal communication channels.

Support Employer Branding activities, including content creation, campaign support, recruitment-related activities, and communication with global stakeholders.

Plan and deliver projects end-to-end — from concept and idea, through timeline building, budget management, and vendor coordination, to execution and post-activity wrap-up.

Manage ongoing work with vendors, including obtaining quotations, negotiating, logistical coordination, execution follow-up, purchase orders, and payments.

Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including HR, Operations, IT, Facilities, Finance, Marketing, managers, and employees in Israel and abroad.

Support internal initiatives related to employee engagement, sense of belonging, organizational culture, wellbeing, and communication across teams.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in wellbeing, employee experience, HR, internal communications, employer branding, or organizational event production roles.

• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, including planning, coordination, vendor management, timeline management, and budget management.

• Excellent written communication skills in Hebrew and English.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including managers, employees, vendors, and global teams.

• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Service-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal communication skills, independence, initiative, and accountability.
