we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our educational and community programs across the Arab society in Israel.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall operations of MOONA's educational and community programs.
• Professionally manage and support program managers, ensuring successful execution.
• Develop annual work plans, operational processes, and management routines.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee operational workflows, growth, and expansion of program activities.
• Build standardized operational procedures and methodologies across all programs.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in operations management and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience in the high-tech, startup, or innovation ecosystem – a significant advantage.
• Strong background in managing complex organizational processes and large-scale projects.
• Excellent planning, execution, monitoring, and quality control skills.
