Position Overview-
• High-Speed & RF Board Design Engineer joining a dedicated Hardware R&D team to own the lifecycle of next-generation wireless video transmission boards.
• Designing and implementing complex High-Speed Digital boards while integrating advanced Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) concepts.
• Developing high-frequency RF circuitries, specifically optimizing transmitter/receiver (TX/RX) chains and executing precise impedance matching.
• Carrying out full-scale board bring-up, multi-layer circuit debugging, and hardware performance validation utilizing specialized laboratory test equipment.
• Authoring crisp technical requirements, engineering specifications, and hardware architecture documentation.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Mechanical Design and Embedded Software engineering groups to drive optimal system integration.
• Preparing advanced designs for high-yield Mass Production, driving cost-reduction (BOM optimization) initiatives without sacrificing high-quality thresholds.
• Ensuring full hardware compliance with international regulatory frameworks and environmental standards, including EMC/ESD shielding.

Requirements-
