This hands-on role involves the design, development, maintenance, and operation of electronic systems and experimental equipment used in cutting-edge research and education.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and build electronic systems and instrumentation for teaching and research laboratories.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade laboratory equipment and electronic systems.
• Support researchers, faculty members, and students in experimental setups and measurement systems.
• Assist with data acquisition systems, laboratory instruments, and research equipment.
• Guide students involved in final projects and experimental research.
• Operate and manage the department's electronics laboratory, including documentation, scheduling, prototype development, and system upgrades.
• Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, inventory, and technical specifications for laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements
• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (M.Sc. preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in electronics design and development.
• Experience with laboratory and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, microcontrollers, processors, and test systems.
• Experience designing analog and digital circuits.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Advantage: experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or Eagle.
