One of Israel’s largest and leading retail groups is establishing its next-generation logistics center—a large-scale infrastructure and technology project spanning 100,000 sqm (approximately 25 acres), integrating advanced automation systems.

Position Overview

Lead, coordinate, and oversee the end-to-end execution of the logistics center construction project across all disciplines, including:

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage and coordinate architects, engineering consultants, construction companies, contractors, and the automation/integration partner.

• Budget & Schedule Control: Closely monitor project budgets, manage risks, and ensure adherence to project timelines and on-site milestones.

• Site Supervision: Oversee construction quality, enforce project standards, and manage the integration between building infrastructure and automated systems.

• Executive Reporting: Work closely with senior leadership, providing regular project updates, progress reports, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects in industrial real estate, logistics facilities, or infrastructure - required.

• Hands-on experience leading projects that integrate advanced automation and complex systems integration - a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated experience managing contractors, construction firms, engineering consultants, and design teams.

• Strong expertise in budget management, project scheduling (Gantt charts), risk management, and project controls.
