תחומי האחריות:

• אופטימיזציה של תהליכי עבודה: בנייה ובקרה של תוכניות עבודה שנתיות, רבעוניות וחודשיות, והגדרת מדדי ביצוע (KPIs).
• תיאום וסנכרון חוצה ארגון: ניהול ממשקי העבודה בין חטיבות המדיה למחלקות התוכן, ההפקה והפוסט.
• ניהול משאבי אנוש ורכש: פיקוח על גיוס, קליטה והדרכת עובדים, לצד ניהול תקציבי רכש, ספקים וחוזים משפטיים.
• הטמעת מתודולוגיות ניהול: יצירת פורמטים אחידים לישיבות, תחקירים, תסריטים ולוחות זמנים בארגון.

Requirements
• ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בתפקידי ניהול אופרטיבי בכיר (סמנכ"ל תפעול/ניהול) - חובה.
• הבנה מעמיקה במערכות מידע וטכנולוגיות ארגוניות, כולל ניסיון מוכח בבחירה והטמעה של מערכות ERP/CRM/PM - חובה.
• רקע מעולם המדיה, הטלוויזיה או הדיגיטל – יתרון משמעותי ביותר.
• יכולת מוכחת בניהול מטריציוני והובלת תהליכים חוצי ארגון מורכבים בסביבה מרובת משימות.
• ניסיון בניהול תקציבים, רכש, התקשרויות עם ספקים ופיקוח על תהליכי משאבי אנוש.
• תואר אקדמי בניהול, תעשייה וניהול, מנהל עסקים או תחום רלוונטי אחר.
