The role:

The ERP Project manager will take ownership of end-to-end Priority ERP projects, from requirement analysis and process design to successful deployment and post-implementation support. You’ll join a small local ERP team managing complex projects, optimizing business processes across multiple business units, including Finance, Commercial, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Priority ERP implementation projects, driving delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

• Analyze and interpret business requirements to ensure accurate system design and configuration.

• Characterize and define business processes, workflows, reports, and system interfaces.

• Identify and implement opportunities for work process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Conduct functional testing to validate system configurations and ensure solution integrity.

• Oversee process implementation and alignment across multiple departments.

• Manage system permissions and configurations to ensure proper access control.

• Support internal ERP users across all business functions.

• Conduct user training sessions and create supporting documentation for system adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Priority

• Working knowledge of SQL queries is an advantage

• Familiarity with business processes in multiple departments (financial, commercial, and logistics etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or completion of a Priority/ERP implementation course

• Fluent Hebrew and professional-level English (must-have requirement)
