We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Data Center Manager to lead and manage our critical data center operations! If you have a strong hands-on background in managing high-scale server rooms and a knack for operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
• End-to-End Facilities Management: Take full ownership of data center infrastructure, including power systems, HVAC, UPS, cooling, and fire suppression systems.
• Vendor & Team Leadership: Manage sub-contractors, suppliers, and technicians (electrical/cooling), while leading and scheduling the on-site operations team.
• Procedures & Incident Management: Define, implement, and write strict operational Runbooks and lead incident response processes.
• DCIM Systems: Work with Data Center Infrastructure Management tools, keeping an eye out for new industry technologies and tools.
• Hardware Oversight: Oversee equipment installations (servers, rack mounts, and data communication), including hands-on physical installations and basic power connections when needed.
Requirements:
• Experience: At least 5+ years of proven experience managing Data Centers / Server Rooms – Must.
• Infrastructure Expertise: Deep understanding of electro-mechanical systems (HVAC, Electrical, UPS). Electrician certification is NOT required.
• Global Mindset: Experience working within global/international organizations – A significant advantage.
• Languages: Very high level of English (especially strong verbal and conversational skills).
• Availability: Readiness for weekend/emergency on-call duties.
