We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join Waves’ Online Sales team as a maternity leave replacement starting in October 2026.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role with end-to-end responsibility across paid media strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization. The role includes campaign planning, audience strategy, budget allocation, creative coordination, tracking, analysis, and continuous optimization.
You will work closely with Marketing, Web, BI, Creative, and Product teams to improve conversion, traffic quality, and revenue performance across the paid media funnel.
Key Responsibilities
• Own planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across paid media channels.
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Outbrain, Bing, RTB House, Reddit, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain campaign structure, naming, audience logic, bidding logic, and budget allocation.
• Translate business goals into practical media plans, testing plans, and channel priorities.
• Work with creative and web teams to align messaging, landing pages, offers, and campaign assets.
• Monitor and improve key KPIs such as traffic quality, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and revenue contribution.
• Run A/B tests and structured learning across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Support remarketing, exclusion logic, and customer list strategy.
• Work with analytics and BI teams to ensure tracking, attribution, and reporting are reliable and usable.
• Use GA4 and Power BI to monitor performance, analyze funnels, and report results.
• Own campaign QA before launch, including links, tracking, audience logic, budget settings, and final readiness.
• Keep a clear view of the full paid media pipeline and make recommendations based on performance data and business priorities.
Requirements
• Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing, PPC, paid media, or digital acquisition.
• Experience managing campaigns end to end in ecommerce, subscription, or direct-to-consumer marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with paid search at scale and advanced campaign structuring.
• Experience with attribution, incrementality, or measurement frameworks.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with performance data, funnel data, and business reporting.
• Experience with campaign testing, optimization, and structured learning.
• Good understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, and remarketing.
• Experience with GA4 and tracking / tagging tools is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, web, BI, and marketing stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on efficiency, revenue, and business impact.
• Strong written and spoken English.
