Chief Operating Officer

A leading defense and aerospace technology company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize the company's end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational activities across the organization.

• Manage the Production Planning (PPC), Procurement, and Logistics functions.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve cross-functional operational processes.

• Drive planning, execution, performance monitoring, and operational KPIs.

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and internal stakeholders.

• Lead operational excellence initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and organizational transformation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role within a manufacturing or technology company.

• Demonstrated success managing Production Planning (PPC), Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

• Strong track record of leading complex cross-functional operational processes and driving operational excellence.

• Strategic mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in the defense industry or with defense-related organizations is a strong advantage.

• Experience leading organizational change and managing multiple stakeholders.

• Experience working with UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) systems, drone technologies, or aerospace platforms is required.
