We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our people team for an 8-month maternity leave cover. In this role, you will play a meaningful part in shaping our global people strategy by managing the full recruiting lifecycle across our international teams. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role within a fast-paced, scale-up environment where your work will have real and immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation and closing.
• Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to each role and market.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using both traditional and non-traditional sourcing channels.
• Ensure a top-notch candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and align hiring strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, within a tech or scale-up environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously across different functions and geographies.
• Strong sourcing skills — experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach methods.
• Experience working with an ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
