ביצוע הליכי רכש תפעולי – דרישות, הזמנות, חשבוניות
עבודה שוטפת מול ספקים וממשקים פנימיים (כספים, תפעול, משפטי ועוד)
בקרה על עמידה בלוחות זמנים ותהליכים
הפקת דוחות ומעקבים תפעוליים
ניהול עומסים ותעדוף משימות
דרישות
ניסיון קודם ברכש, תפעול או אדמיניסטרציה בארגון גדול
היכרות עם מערכות ERP או Workflow - יתרון
שליטה טובה ב-Excel ויישומי Office
זמינות וגמישות בשעות העבודה
יכולות סדר, ארגון, ירידה לפרטים ועבודה עצמאית בריבוי משימות
