We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HRIS Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their HR career, with a strong technical mindset, passion for data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across systems, processes, and stakeholders in a dynamic global environment.
What you will do:
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and additional HR platforms
• Generate, maintain, and improve HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for HR decision-making
• Perform system updates, mass uploads, interface monitoring, and ongoing HRIS maintenance
• Support HR system users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality operational support globally
• Drive HR process improvements, automation initiatives, and adoption of AI tools within HR
• Support compensation, benefits, contracts, and employment documentation processes
• Partner with HR and IT on HRIS enhancements, integrations, and annual work plans
• Participate in cross-functional HR operations and small-scale HR projects as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles - advantage
