In this role you will
Support and guide projects and installations involving metallic, coating, and painting processes
Monitor and improve manufacturing processes including process parameters and product quality
Provide technological solutions for production process challenges
Define and characterize materials and processes according to customer requirements and ensure their implementation in production
Write process specifications and engineering documentation
Train and support production teams professionally
Requirements
B.Sc. in Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering
At least 2 years of experience as a process engineer in coating and chemical line environments
Experience with chemical processes for aluminum such as chemical conversion, chemical milling, and anodizing, as well as aerospace painting - Advantage
Strong analytical and systematic thinking, independence, initiative, creativity, and leadership skills
High interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to take on a challenging full-time position
Very good level of English
