About the Role:
• Map the landscape of private donors and high-net-worth individuals and identify new fundraising opportunities.
• Renew, develop, and strengthen relationships with private-sector donors.
• Build and implement an annual work plan tailored to private donors.
• Cultivate and retain existing donors while increasing donation volumes.
• Actively participate in projects led by the Israel Fundraising Department.
• Plan and lead donor cultivation, stewardship, and fundraising events.
Requirements:
• Relevant academic degree - required.
• Experience in business development and/or client relationship management.
• Experience writing grant proposals, funding requests, or fundraising applications for nonprofit organizations - a significant advantage.
• Strong business orientation, initiative, and ability to lead processes independently.
• Familiarity with Salesforce - an advantage.
