The company is seeking a world-class Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its global commercial strategy and drive the next phase of growth.
Position: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Reports to: CEO Locations: Israel / USA (San Francisco)
The Mandate: Role Purpose
The CCO will have end-to-end accountability for Tabor’s commercial operations globally. This is a strategic C-level role requiring a unique blend of high-level business vision and "hands-on" operational excellence. The primary goal is to drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability while strengthening Tabor’s global market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Commercial Strategy: Formulate and execute multi-year global strategies aligned with company goals.
• Revenue & Growth: Full P&L responsibility for global revenue and product mix.
• Channel Management: Leading and optimizing global sales, trade, and distribution networks.
• Pricing & Policy: Establishing pricing models and commercial terms to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Strategic Negotiations: Leading high-stakes negotiations with global distributors, business partners, and global defense entities.
• Operational Alignment: Overseeing sales forecasting and demand planning in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations.
The Ideal Candidate Profile (Requirements)
We are looking for a seasoned commercial leader with a proven track record in the technology/electronics sector.
• Experience: 10–12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role managing global commercial/sales operations.
• Industry Expertise: Proven success in global technology companies. Experience with multi-disciplinary products (Hardware/Software) in the Test & Measurement or Electronics industry is a major advantage.
• Defense Sector Knowledge: Direct experience in managing strategic accounts and complex negotiations within the global defense sectors.
• Analytical Prowess: High proficiency in data analysis, demand planning, and forecasting (Excel & ERP/CRM).
• Languages: Native-level or highly proficient in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering. MBA is a significant advantage.
