A well-established company in the defense industry is seeking a Quality Inspector for Electronic Components and Integrated Mechanical Systems.

The Role Includes:

• Inspection of cable and electrical harness production in accordance with IPC-620 standards and customer requirements.

• Inspection of assembly, packaging, and electronic testing of electronic boxes, including assemblies, power supplies, drawers, and racks.

• Source inspection of electronic PCB production in accordance with IPC-610 standards and customer requirements.

• Source inspection of electromechanical components.

• In-process inspections as required.

• Support and control of the FAI (First Article Inspection) process at subcontractor facilities.

• Completion of required documentation throughout the various processes in accordance with the relevant company standards and procedures.

• Work will be performed at the DSIT facility in Givat Shmuel or at subcontractor facilities throughout Israel.

Certifications & Standards:

Inspections will be performed according to the following standards:

• IPC-610 Class 3.

• IPC-620 Class 3.

• IPC-7711/7721 – Repair & Rework.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in electronics manufacturing.

• Experience in the defense industry – preferred.

• Experience working with Priority ERP, reading drawings, and engineering instructions.

• Experience preparing inspection reports and conducting failure investigations.

• Experience preparing FAI reports.

• Experience scanning materials and filing documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
