    TextRe is an innovative materials technology company. We are transforming synthetic textile waste into high-performance engineering compounds, driving the circular economy forward. As we scale our operations and expand our industrial pilots with Tier-1 global customers (across automotive, industrial packaging, and consumer goods), we are looking for a brilliant, market-driven Technical Product Manager to spearhead our market penetration and business growth.

    The Role

    This is a unique, hybrid role that sits at the intersection of Product Strategy, Business Development and Materials Engineering. You won't just be managing a roadmap; you will be the driving force behind discovering new market opportunities, opening doors, and validating our value proposition with global tier-1 customers.

    Your goal is to bridge the gap between our R&D capabilities and market demands, successfully turning technical discussions into paid industrial pilots and & long-term commercial accounts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Market & Application Discovery: Identify, analyze, and map new high-potential markets, applications, and industries for TextRe’s engineering compounds.

    • Technical Product Management:Translate customer requirements and industry regulations (e.g., automotive specifications) into clear technical targets for our R&D team.

    • Pilot Lifecycle Management: Define, structure, and negotiate the scope of paid industrial pilots with customers, ensuring seamless execution from initial samples to commercial adoption.

    • Business Development & Door Opening: Leverage your industry network and technical credibility to initiate contact, navigate complex corporate structures, and engage with key decision-makers (R&D managers, product owners, sustainability leads).

    • Value Proposition Refinement: Continuously refine our product positioning based on direct market feedback, ensuring TextRe remains the top choice for sustainable engineering compounds.

    Requirements

    • Well know the market & potential markets of plastic compound for injection molding.

    • applicationEducational Background: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.

    • Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, technical sales, or application engineering within the plastics, polymers, or compounding industries (experience in global compounders companies - A major advantage).

    • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in business development, opening doors, and establishing initial business engagements within traditional industries.

    • The "Hunter" Mindset with Technical Depth: You are not a traditional sales rep; you are a strategic thinker who knows how to spot an opportunity, build deep technical trust, and close high-value pilots.

    • Language Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) - Must. Additional languages - an advantage.

    • Global Orientation: Ability to travel as needed to meet customers and attend international trade shows
