AI Process & Project Analyst

We’re hiring a AI Process & Project Analyst for a financial company, to take ownership of reviewing, documenting, and improving core business processes.

This is an engineering-oriented role that sits at the intersection of business operations, data, automation, and applied AI. The focus is on understanding how processes work today, identifying inefficiencies and risks, and translating improvement opportunities into clear, implementable solutions.

The role includes structured interviews with business users and managers, mapping “as-is” processes, documenting system interactions and data flows, identifying manual bottlenecks and control gaps, and designing optimized “to-be” processes.

A major part of the role is identifying automation opportunities using AI and LLM-based solutions, while making sure every solution meets the accuracy, traceability, validation, and reliability standards required in a financial environment.

You’ll also write functional and technical specifications, define data requirements, validation rules, edge cases, and exception handling, and take a hands-on role in building prototypes, automations, and process improvements. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus, but the ability to learn and work hands-on is key.
