עבודת עורך/ת הדין הינה מתן ייעוץ משפטי לגורמים העסקיים העוסקים במימון ללקוחות הגדולים ביותר במשק הישראלי בדגש על לקוחות שהינם גופים מוסדיים, גופי מימון חוץ בנקאי, וקרנות.
תחומי אחריות עיקריים:
• ייעוץ משפטי שוטף ומתן חוות דעת משפטיות לגורמים עסקיים בתחום המימון.
• ליווי וניסוח מסמכי אשראי, בטוחות, והסכמי מימון מורכבים.
• ניהול משא ומתן עם לקוחות ומממנים נוספים.
• עבודה שוטפת מול יחידות עסקיות, ניהול סיכונים, ציות ורגולציה
• ייעוץ בנושאי דיני בנקאות, רגולציה פיננסית ומימון.
דרישות סף:
• ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות כעורך/ת דין במשרד עו"ד מוביל או במוסד פיננסי בתפקיד דומה
• שליטה גבוהה באנגלית (כולל כתיבה חוזית, תכתובות עסקיות וניהול מו"מ).
• ניסיון מוכח בעריכת הסכמים מסחריים מורכבים וניהול מו"מ.
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות, ניהול מספר משימות במקביל ויכולת עבודה תחת לחץ.
• תקשורת בינאישית מעולה, אוריינטציה עסקית, ראיה מערכתית רחבה ויכולת פתרון בעיות מורכבות
• יכולת למידה מהירה של תחומי ידע חדשים והתמודדות עם סביבה דינמית ומשתנה.
