About the role The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance through a network of distributors across assigned European markets. The role focuses on maximizing revenue and profitability by developing strong distributor partnerships, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring sustainable business growth. The Regional Sales Manager works cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical and other internal stakeholders to execute commercial initiatives and expand Lumenis' market presence. Territory scope may evolve over time according to business needs. Main duties and responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies through distributor partners across assigned European markets. • Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other strategic stakeholders. • Drive market expansion and strengthen Lumenis' market position across the assigned region. • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. • Coordinate cross-functional resources (Marketing, Clinical, Service and Operations) to support commercial success. • Ensure distributors are effectively trained on products, value proposition and commercial strategies • Monitor distributor performance through KPIs and implement improvement plans where needed. • Analyze market trends, competitive activity and business opportunities, translating insights into action plans. • Represent Lumenis at congresses, customer meetings and industry events. Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in managing distributors with a proven record in the medical devices industry. • Experience working across multiple European markets is preferred. • Experience in identifying, recruiting and developing distributor partners. • Experience in capital equipment sales. • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, knows how to build and maintain long term partnerships. • Demonstrates a strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term business development. • Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills. • Self-driven, highly organized and able to work independently within an international matrix organization. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Fluent in English (additional European languages are an advantage). • Must be willing to travel throughout the region – estimated 70%
