Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist to join our R&D team. This full-time, on-site role is highly hands-on, with a strong focus on bench work supporting the development and optimization of RNA-based assays and NGS workflows from clinical samples.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform molecular biology experiments, including RNA extraction, PCR, and library preparation
• Process and handle clinical samples (e.g., stool-derived RNA)
• Support NGS workflows, including sample preparation and quality control
• Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and results
• Assist in troubleshooting assays and improving protocols
• Work closely with clinical coordinators at medical institutions
Qualifications
• M.Sc. in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field
• A talent for benchwork
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques
• Experience with NGS workflows or library preparation – advantage
