    About the role

    We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Israel.

    The position is permanent, full-time.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead mechanical design and development of advanced drug delivery systems, with a strong focus on injection-molded plastic components

    Drive projects from concept through prototyping to production

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, materials, manufacturing, regulatory)

    Contribute to innovative, out-of-the-box solutions in a highly regulated and impactful field

    Play a key role in shaping future technologies and products within the company

    Job Requirements:

    Education: Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a leading university

    Job skills:

    3+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical product design and drafting

    1–3 years of experience designing injection-molded plastic parts

    Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and full command of Microsoft Office tools

    Language skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

    Personality:

    A creative problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex engineering challenges

    A self-driven professional who can work independently and thrive under pressure

    A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
