Responsibilities
• Lead advanced UAV and drone technology projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering activities involving unmanned systems, RF technologies, and intelligence platforms.
• Coordinate Software, Hardware, Systems Engineering, Integration, and Operations teams.
• Lead the integration of UAV platforms with advanced communication and intelligence systems.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and technical deliverables.
• Work directly with customers, international partners, and subcontractors.
• Support system integration, validation, deployment, and customer acceptance activities.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience managing technology or engineering projects.
• Background in UAVs, Drone Systems, RF, Wireless Communications, COMINT, SIGINT, or Electronic Warfare.
• Experience working with communication systems, antennas, or RF technologies.
• Experience with unmanned aerial systems (UAVs) or drone technologies – required.
• Relevant military experience (Air Force, Unit 8200, C4I, Intelligence Corps, or equivalent) – advantage.
• Experience working with international customers and subcontractors.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
