Technical Project Manager | UAV & Drone Systems

A leading defense company in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead advanced UAV, Drone, and Intelligence Systems projects.

This role focuses on managing cutting-edge unmanned aerial systems integrated with advanced COMINT, RF, and intelligence technologies. You'll lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept through deployment while working closely with customers, engineering teams, and international partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced UAV and drone technology projects throughout the full project lifecycle.

• Manage multidisciplinary engineering activities involving unmanned systems, RF technologies, and intelligence platforms.

• Coordinate Software, Hardware, Systems Engineering, Integration, and Operations teams.

• Lead the integration of UAV platforms with advanced communication and intelligence systems.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and technical deliverables.

• Work directly with customers, international partners, and subcontractors.

• Support system integration, validation, deployment, and customer acceptance activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing technology or engineering projects.

• Background in UAVs, Drone Systems, RF, Wireless Communications, COMINT, SIGINT, or Electronic Warfare.

• Experience working with communication systems, antennas, or RF technologies.

• Experience with unmanned aerial systems (UAVs) or drone technologies – required.

• Relevant military experience (Air Force, Unit 8200, C4I, Intelligence Corps, or equivalent) – advantage.

• Experience working with international customers and subcontractors.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
