We are looking for a Product Analyst to play a key role at the intersection of product analytics and customer-facing analytics. In this role, you’ll help turn complex data into clear insights that shape product decisions, guide roadmap priorities, and measure feature adoption and usage across our platform. Your work will directly influence how Anecdotes evolves and scales.
In parallel, you’ll work hands-on with customers, helping them unlock the full power of their data through dashboards, and responding to analytical requests that support their GRC journey. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact both how our product is built and how it is experienced by customers.

What You'll Do:
• Analyze product usage data to generate insights that inform product decisions, roadmap priorities, and feature improvements.
• Define and maintain internal dashboards and product KPIs to track adoption, engagement, and overall platform performance.
• Develop deep ownership of the product’s data model, ensuring metric accuracy, consistency, and reliable reporting.
• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define analytical requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
• Document metric definitions and recurring analytical workflows to improve scalability and efficiency.
• As the role expands, support customer-facing analytics by building dashboards, answering reporting questions, troubleshooting issues, and translating business needs into clear analytical deliverables.
Requirements:
Must-Have
• B.A./B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related quantitative field.
• 1-2 years of experience in BI, product analytics, or a similar analytical role (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries with joins, aggregations, and independent validation of results.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (tables, relationships, granularity, aggregations).
• Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing product KPIs, with focus on feature adoption, usage patterns, and engagement metrics.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) as an integral part of analytical workflows.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
