Guesty is the all-in-one platform helping hospitality businesses around the world automate, optimize, and scale their operations. We’re a fast-growing global startup that’s transforming how the industry works — from guest experience to business growth. With a powerful suite of features and integrations with 150+ industry partners — including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com , Expedia, Google Travel, and many more — Guesty empowers property managers to deliver top-tier guest experiences while running more efficient, data-driven operations. We’re proud to have over 900+ team members across 16 countries worldwide, all working together to build the future of hospitality technology. If you’re looking to grow your career in a dynamic, global, and impact-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you. AI is reshaping how property managers run their businesses — and how we build product. We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead cross-domain AI and strategic product initiatives, working hand-in-hand with our AI product leadership, and to raise the bar on how our product organization itself builds with AI. This is a builder's role, not an orchestrator's: you'll ship AI-powered product experiences, prototype with the latest models and agent frameworks yourself, and drive cross-domain initiatives that no single team owns. This role is hybrid for candidates based in Israel (2 days per week from our Tel Aviv office) and for candidates based in Barcelona, Spain (2 days per week from our Barcelona office). Candidates based elsewhere in Spain are eligible to work fully remotely.

Requirements: • 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years focused on AI/LLM-powered products, and a track record of leading large cross-domain, cross-team initiatives through influence rather than authority • Hands-on AI building experience: You've shipped AI-powered product features to production and you build with LLMs yourself — prompting, evals, agent frameworks, and rapid prototyping are part of your daily toolkit, not something you delegate. You don't wait for a system to exist before creating one • AI-native, hype-resistant judgment: You understand the difference between a RAG pipeline and an agentic loop, you think about reliability, latency, and cost — not just model brilliance — and you prefer building things that actually work over things that just look cool in a demo • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives end-to-end — from shaping which problems matter, through stakeholder alignment, to accountable delivery of outcomes • Excellent product craft and data fluency: discovery, specs, metrics definition and interpretation against business goals — and the judgment to know when a demo is a product and when it isn't • Experience mentoring PMs and reviewing their work — you raise the bar around you • Executive presence: Demonstrated experience aligning executive management and communicating complex, ambiguous topics clearly • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) Strong advantage: • Experience in B2B SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or the hospitality/travel tech space • Experience driving internal AI adoption or AI enablement programs within a product or R&D organization Guesty is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
