Phinergy, a pioneering clean-energy company developing Aluminum-Air battery technology, is seeking a System Integrator to join its R&D Integration Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Multidisciplinary System Integration

Integrate, assemble, and implement all system components, including mechanical, electronic, hydraulic (fluid-flow), and control software elements.

System Assembly, Commissioning, and Calibration

Lead the transition from individual components to a fully operational energy system, including:

• Sensor calibration

• Leak and pressure testing

• Initial laboratory and field testing

• System commissioning and performance verification

Troubleshooting and Product Improvement

• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex system-level issues arising at the interface between hardware and software

• Work closely with engineering and development teams to improve system reliability, performance, and efficiency

• Provide technical feedback from testing and integration activities to support product development

Requirements:

Professional Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a multidisciplinary System Integrator in a product-development company

• Significant advantage for experience in the energy, cleantech, medical device, or digital printing industries, particularly in systems that combine fluidics and precision mechanics

• Hands-on experience in mechanical and/or electronic system assembly

Technical Skills

• Proven experience with mechanical assembly

• Experience with electrical wiring and integration

• Experience working with fluid-flow systems and components, including pumps, valves, and flow meters

• Ability to understand and work with complex technical systems

Teamwork and Communication

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with Mechanical, Control, and Software Engineering teams

• Capability to provide clear and actionable technical feedback from field and laboratory activities

Advantages

• Technician or Practical Engineer certification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronics

• Experience with field installations and commissioning
