    We are seeking a Senior Communication Algorithms Architect who thrives in the "Golden Triangle" of high-level mathematics, RF physics, and real-world implementation. This isn't about optimizing existing products; it’s about inventing the next generation of Counter-Uncrewed Systems (C-UxS) from a blank slate.

    The Challenge

    • Define the Architecture: Design and analyze next-gen communication and signal detection frameworks for autonomous platforms operating in contested, high-noise environments.

    • Bridge the Domains: Lead the synergy between RF engineering, Digital Signal Processing (DSP), and advanced security research to create resilient mission-critical tech.

    • Mathematical Mastery: Formulate complex algorithms using advanced analytical methods, balancing peak performance with hardware constraints and implementation costs.

    • Full-Cycle Ownership: Build and maintain high-fidelity simulation frameworks (MATLAB/Python) and provide technical leadership for FPGA and software realization.
