We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who will play a key role in having the requested equipment available in the demand export location on commercial demand for the lowest cost. In addition, his/ her role is to analyze and to take corrective actions in case of wrong data or changes in trends.

Major areas of responsibility

*Equipment control - Planning and control of empty repositioning of special and dry equipment.

*Manage, track and control of equipment movement in Israel, focusing on containers without movement.

*Maintenance of equipment according to the function guidelines.

*Opening and closure of terminal/depots according to storage needs.

* Update and handle out of sequence movement updated in IQSHIP (our internal platform).

*Manage and improve movement registration time.

*Operational tasks such as: Logistics Analysis reports, management of vessel arrival / departures and production of activity reports.

*Commercial support regarding land transportation Department.

*Customer service - handling clients calls / Emails.

*Outside visits in the container storage terminals and responsibility for receiving and delivery of containers.

Job Requirements

Academic education - A must.

Degree in Economics/ Logistics/ Industrial management engineering - An advantage.

Experience in logistics - An advantage.

High skills of office tools like : Excel (Macros level, VBA programing) and PowerPoint - A must.

High proficiency in English language (Speaking, reading and writing) - A must.
