הכנת תיקי יצור (סדר פעולות, בחירת טכנולוגיות ייצור, תכן מתקנים ומדידים) הכנת תהליכי עבודה, תרשימי זרימה הן להרכבה והן ליצור המוצרים
הכנסה למערכת התיעוד והמידע ותחזוקתם השוטפת
הקמת עצי מוצר ותחזוקתם
ידע וניסיון בהעברה מפיתוח לייצור, שיפור וייעול תהליכי ייצור קיימים וטכנולוגיות ייצור
כתיבת מפרטים למכונות ייצור, תכנון מתקני ייצור וג'יגים
העברת מוצרים מפיתוח לייצור והטמעתם בקווי הייצור הכוללת תמיכה בקבלני חוץ
הכרת תהליכי הרכבה וכתיבת הוראות הרכבה לחלקים מורכבים
העבודה כוללת נסיעות לחו"ל
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בהנדסת מכונות (B.Sc)
ניסיון של 4 שנים לפחות בקווי ייצור
ניסיון מוכח בעבודה עם מערכות תיב"מ כולל שליטה במערכת Solid work
ניסיון מוכח בהכרות עם מוצרים, טכנולוגיות ותהליכי עבודה בייצור חריטה, כרסום, ריתוך והרכבה
ניסיון מוכח בהעברה מפיתוח לייצור, שיפור וייעול תהליכי ייצור קיימים
ניסיון מוכח בכתיבת מפרטים למכונות ייצור, תכנון מתקני ייצור, ג'יגים ועוד
שליטה טובה מאוד בשפות עברית ואנגלית, כולל אנגלית טכנית
